Specific Research Interests:
Our research focuses on the conservation biology of species that are caught in commercial and recreational fisheries. We study the ecology of fishes and effects of fishing in order to provide information for better resource management strategies. For example, we are currently studying habitat associations and movements of fishes to estimate the effects of marine reserves.
