Moss Landing Student Body Information

---

The MLML student body is a diverse group of students that come from California, all over the United States, and even as far as Italy and the United Arab Emirates. At MLML we are either taking classes for credit toward a thesis (a masters in Marine Science),or actively involved in research in pursuit of a thesis. Our activities and events include hosting a weekly academic seminar series, putting on annual events such as the Halloween Party, a labwide Open House (in the spring), new student orientation, and a bowling tournament. We also support a softball team (the MLML Gobie Sox), and have ongoing ping-pong, foosball, and volleyball tournaments. Other social activities include movie nights, barbecues and bonfires, and carpooling. We receive funding for our student body activities from our merchandise sales (tshirts, sweatshirts, wine glasses, and more), student activity fees, and the MLML student body club.
