Policies

  • We currently support the following operating systems:
    • Windows 7 and 10
    • Mac OS 10.9 through 10.12
    • Linux Centos 6.x and Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04
  • Requesting technical support is more than dropping your machine with the repair shop.
    iTech expects you will get your hands dirty as you learn self-repair skills for the future.
